Shipping Costs & Delivery Terms

We strive to ship your order as efficiently and reliably as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping methods, costs, and terms.

Shipping Methods

- Large products and cobots: are always shipped on a pallet.
- Smaller products and accessories: are shipped as a package.

All shipments are sent with DHL from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the size of your order. We charge for a maximum of one pallet or package per order. For exceptionally large orders, shipping costs may be higher. In that case, we will always contact you first before sending the shipment.

Rates per zone

Zone 1: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg

- Pallet: €185.00
- Package: €16.95

Zone 2: France, Germany

- Pallet: €285.00
- Package: €36.95

Zone 3: United Kingdom, Denmark, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Austria, Norway, Poland, Croatia, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Greece

- Pallet: €385.00
- Package: €46.95

Zone 4: New Zealand and Australia 

Orders within New Zealand and Australia are shipped locally from the respective country. This means that each delivery is treated as a domestic shipment.

Shipping costs are calculated per order, as they may vary depending on the region and destination.

Deliveries within the EU

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. For deliveries within the European Union, these are intra-community deliveries. Therefore, no VAT is charged.

Deliveries outside the EU (Not applicable to New Zealand and Australia)

For orders from countries outside the European Union, the delivery term DAP (Delivered At Place) applies. This means that:

- You are responsible for paying local VAT and any import duties.
- These costs are not included in our shipping rates.
